COVID-19 Prevention Rules and Policy

Dear guests

Our team is ready to welcome you under enhanced cleaning and hygiene standards, as well as social distancing practices.

According to The instructions to the order of the Ministry of Tourism No. T-RD-04-22/17.11.2021. and order of the Ministry of Health No. RD-01-973/26.11.2021, an action plan is in place at the “NIKEN” hotel, in accordance with the recommendations of the national and regional public health authorities, with the aim of limiting the COVID-19 infection.

In the site, the measures for public and personal hygiene and disinfection and ensuring the safety of our employees and guests are observed.

We ask for your understanding and apologize in advance if some of our requirements lead to service delays.

In the name of general safety, we appeal to all of you with the following basic recommendations:

follow the rules of personal disinfection
maintain a distance of at least 1.5m in an indoor or outdoor public place with people who are not members of your family/household
wear fitted protective face masks in indoor public areas of the hotel, as well as outdoors when it is not possible to maintain a 1.5 m distance (except in cases where exceptions are allowed)
when using single-use packaging and materials/consumables, dispose of them in waste areas immediately after use
with symptoms such as persistent cough, malaise, difficulty breathing, high temperature (over 37.5°C), loss of smell, disturbance or loss of taste and others such as sore throat, runny nose, fatigue, muscle pain, please contact the Reception to the hotel by calling without leaving your room!

The hotel

On the territory of the hotel are located:

informational signs directing and reminding guests and employees of the rules to protect themselves, as well as showing how to use protective equipment
dispensers with disinfectant solution in all common areas for use by guests
when cleaning guest rooms, common areas, approved disinfectants (biocides) are used to protect against viral pathogens
we recommend ventilating your room by opening a window or balcony door at least twice a day
in the common areas, we make maximum use of natural ventilation methods with minimal exceptions, following the instructions of the health authorities;

Update to our COVID-19 prevention policies and procedures

Every day we monitor the dynamically changing situation in the world and in the country, the information provided by the World Health Organization, Bulgarian and European institutions. On this basis, we periodically update the current Rules and policy for the prevention of COVID-19 in relation to the development and spread of COVID-19 in the country, coordinating them with the health authorities, the Bulgarian government and the practice of the EU countries.
