They are positioned on the first line to the sea, in a quiet area – on the sea promenade of the South Beach. They are suitable for accommodation of 4 people. All apartments are spacious, stylishly furnished, with air conditioning and a terrace with a wonderful view of the sea. The apartments have two separate rooms – a bedroom and a living room with a sofa bed and a fully equipped kitchenette. The building has an elevator, access to it is controlled.
