Accommodation conditions

Dear guests, thank you for choosing MIDA Hotel, MIDA Apartments and MIDA BEACH Apartments!

Please familiarize yourself with the accommodation rules:

1. General provisions

  • These rules have been developed on the basis of the current Bulgarian legislation;
  • Hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” guarantee to their guests the protection of the confidentiality of the provided information and personal data;
  • The administration of the accommodations may terminate the provision of services to those guests who violate the rules and do not follow the accepted policy.

2. Reservations

2.1. Booking conditions

  • You can make a reservation for MIDA Hotel, MIDA Apartments and MIDA BEACH Apartments in one of the following ways:

    • make your reservation directly through our website www.mida.bg;

    • call phone: +359 884 716 555;

    • welcome to the reception area.

  • Within 3 days after the reservation is made, it must be confirmed. For this purpose, a deposit of 50% of the reservation value is required.
  • Reservations are kept until 18:00, unless a later arrival is specified in advance./ In case of late arrival, after 18:00, please inform us./
  • The reservation amount for Family Hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” depends on the specific price for a certain type of room, as well as on the reservation period.
  • The deposit is required as a confirmation of the reservation and is a guarantee for the stay at Family Hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments”.
  • If within 3 days, after the reservation has been made, the deposit has not been sent in the specified ways, the accommodation reserves the right to cancel the reservation.
  • The rest of the total reservation amount is paid in cash at the reception of Family Hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments”.
  • If a reservation is cancelled, the deposit is non-refundable.
  • Upon departure from the “MIDA” hotel, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” earlier than the reservation, the prepaid amount is not returned.

2.2. Cancellation conditions

  • You can cancel your reservation by writing to us by e-mail: obzor@gmail.com
  • In the event of cancellation of a confirmed booking up to 14 (fourteen) days prior to arrival, the client shall not be liable for a penalty.
  • In case of cancellation of the reservation less than 14 (fourteen) days before check-in or in case of no-show on the day of check-in, the amount paid in advance for your reservation will not be refunded, and the reservation is considered canceled.

3. Check-in and check-out

  • Guests of the “MIDA” hotel are checked in after 2:00 p.m. on the day of arrival; if you can be accommodated earlier, you will be informed on the spot;
  • The guests of “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” are checked in after 15:00 on the day of arrival; if you can be accommodated earlier, you will be informed on the spot;
  • upon arrival at the hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments”, the guest is obliged to present a personal document for registration;
  • the premises are vacated by 12:00 p.m.; late check-out (between 12:00 p.m. and 4:00 p.m.) is possible only after confirmation from the reception and is charged at the rate of 50% of the price of the relevant room, if you wish to extend your stay, please contact the reception ;
  • To avoid queues at checkout, please arrange to pay your bills in advance;
  • The export of hotel property (towels, sheets, blankets, crockery, etc.) is not permitted.

4. Meals (only for MIDA hotel)

  • Breakfast is served in the hotel restaurant from 08:30 to 10:00.
  • Buffet meals are available when there are more than 10 guests in the hotel

5. Alcoholic Beverage Policy

  • The hotel does not offer or serve alcohol to persons under the age of 18.

6. Smoking Policy

  • In accordance with Bulgarian legislation, smoking is prohibited in all internal parts of MIDA Hotel, MIDA Apartments and MIDA BEACH Apartments, including: guest rooms, public areas and corridors.
  • Guests who do not comply with our policy will be fined.
  • Designated smoking areas are distributed within the outdoor areas.

7. Security cameras

  • To ensure the security of our guests, Hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” are equipped with a video surveillance system that covers the public areas;
  • By using the services of MIDA Hotel, MIDA Apartments and MIDA BEACH Apartments, you agree to video surveillance.

8. Lost items

Hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” are not responsible for lost, damaged or stolen personal belongings. In case of found items, the administration undertakes to contact the guest and send the lost item at the expense of the owner. Unclaimed and unclaimed items within three months will be thrown away.

9. Valet services

9.1. Maid services at the “MIDA” hotel

  • Rooms are cleaned daily from 8:00 AM to 2:00 PM
  • Linen and towels are changed every third day of the stay
  • In case you have put up a Do Not Disturb sign and if you need anything after 14:00, ask at reception.

9.2. Maid services at “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments”

  • Linen and towels are changed upon prior request or as needed.
  • In case you have put up a Do Not Disturb sign and, if you need anything after 14:00, ask at reception.

10. Claims, Refunds and Damages

  • Any comments or complaints regarding the stay should be made to reception or the manager of the hotel or apartments during the stay so that the matter is resolved immediately.
  • The property in the hotel or apartments should be used according to its purpose and not damaged/destroyed; the hotel and apartments reserves the right to charge guests for causing damage knowingly, negligently or recklessly.

11. Accommodation with pets

  • Pets are not allowed in MIDA Hotel, MIDA Apartments and MIDA BEACH Apartments

12. Parking

Free outdoor parking is available on site. Advance booking is not possible.

13. Ensuring order and safety in the hotel and apartments

It is prohibited:

  • smoking in the rooms and in all closed premises of the hotel “MIDA”, “MIDA Apartments” and “MIDA BEACH Apartments” – in the event of a violation, a fee equivalent to 100 euros will be added to the room bill – in BGN
  • handing over a room key/card to third parties
  • the storage in the rooms of materials and/or objects dangerous to the health and life of others
  • moving out and moving furniture, dishes, towels, sheets, blankets, pillows, etc.
  • violation of generally accepted norms of behavior, noise levels, aggressive behavior and/or actions endangering the health and property of others
  • damage to hotel property
  • the parking of cars at the entrance and exit of the hotel, as well as in a way that blocks traffic

14. Consequences for Violations of Hotel Policy

In case of violation of the rules and policies of the hotel and apartments, management may resort to canceling the reservation without being liable for refund or compensation.
All guests, employees and representatives of tour operators are expected to adhere to this policy and the management of the hotel and apartments reserves the right to terminate the stay of any person or persons who commit violations against this policy, including charging additional fees ( when causing damage, smoking indoors, etc.).
